  Jeremy Schafer, Director of Operations, has been representing Allstate for over 20 years. He has held many positions in the Agency: customer service, sales, agency manager, and agency owner. He owned his own Agency for 20 years before merging with Modern Consulting, Inc. and taking on his new leadership role in 2022. He has lived in Olathe for over 40 years, graduated from Olathe South, then got his degree in Business Administration/Leadership from Kansas State University. Jeremy has two girls and is very active in the community with a focus on Big Brothers Big Sisters Kansas City and the Kansas School for the Deaf. Jeremy loves to be outdoors and is always very active. He does adventure racing whenever he can but will sign up for just about any kind of race or challenge.
